Here are some of my favorite low-point foods!

Veggies/Fruits
apple - 1 pt
1 cup blackberries- 1 pt

Sweets
Archway Home Style Fat Free Devils Food cookie, 1 cookie- 1 pt
1 Tootsie Roll Pop- 1 pt
Werther's Original, 3 pieces- 1 pt
CremeSavers Sugar Free Strawberries and Creme, 5 hard candies- 1.5 pts
Jolly Rancher, 3 pieces- 1 pt
Breyers No Sugar Added Fat Free Vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup- 1 pt

Snacks
Light Ruffles Cheddar and Sour Cream chips - 1 pt for 15 chips

Soups
Campbell's Soup At Hand, Chicken with Mini Noodles, 1 cup- 1.5 points
Healthy Choice Minestrone, 1 cup- 1 pt
Healthy Choice Turkey with White and Wild Rice, 1 cup- 1 pt
Lipton Cup of Soup, Hearty Chicken, 1 packet- 1 pt
Progresso Garden Vegetable, 1 cup- 1.5 pts
